We acknowledge that all data included in this request
conform with the official documents at our side and that such data will be relied on by the
bank while conducting its credit study, the outcome of such study is subject to the absolute
discretion of the Bank.
We also acknowledge that this request shall not in
any way represent any obligation on the Bank or a promise from the Bank to grant us any
credit facility as all of that is subject to the Bank's absolute discretions. We
commit-in a manner acceptable to the Bank-to sign any documents the Bank deems necessary to
complete the credit study.
